By accessing or using AstroPlanner ("the service") at astroplanner.co, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AstroPlanner is a personal astrophotography night-planning tool. It generates time-ordered shooting schedules and target recommendations based on your telescope, location, and real-time weather data sourced from third-party providers.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your Google sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of the observation diary entries, notes, and other content you create in the service. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to operate the service for you.
The service relies on third-party data and infrastructure (including Google, Supabase, Open-Meteo, OpenStreetMap). Their availability and accuracy are outside our control.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Weather forecasts, ephemeris data, and planning recommendations may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying conditions before observing or operating equipment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, equipment damage, or lost opportunity arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms or whose activity threatens the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
